Harvey joined GIIA in April 2022 as Policy & Public Affairs Manager, focusing on EU and international infrastructure markets. He previously worked with Headland Consultancy to support clients in the energy, financial and professional services sectors.

Harvey is also a longstanding member of the Royal Institute of International Affairs and was recently awarded a distinction from QMUL for his masters in International Relations with a focus on analysing donor state channels for disbursing Official Development Assistance (ODA).
