Our recent report produced by PwC draws on investors’ experience over the last decade and combines research, analysis and case studies to show the positive role private investment can play in the delivery of essential assets and services.
The report found that infrastructure investors see themselves as long term custodians of public infrastructure, rather than simply passive owners of the assets, and that key to success is a focus on: long term perspective; performance improvements; social importance; and appropriate returns.
