New Report | Fleets ahead! Emerging pathways to decarbonise UK fleets

GIIA Advisory Member PwC has released a new report looking at the electrification of fleets based on feedback from 40 companies, including GIIA members.

Some of the key findings include:

* As nearly half of fleet drivers won't be able to charge at home, public charging needs to be upgraded and councils can play a critical role in catalysing public on-street charging.

* Vans are the next wave of electrification but choice of models is limited and performance mixed.

* There is no clear pathway to decarbonising heavy transport.

* And electrifying fleets will change business models and how companies operate.
