CBRE Investment Management is an independent private company located in Toronto, Canada. The Firm was organized in 2006 by David Rogers, the former head of the private equity program at the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (“OMERS”) pension plan, and a director of the parent company of OMERS’ infrastructure investment group– Borealis Infrastructure. Caledon has been providing infrastructure and private equity advisory and portfolio management services to pension plans and other institutional investors since 2007. Caledon’s business model is to provide investment services that are customized to the unique needs and objectives of each of its clients. With this model and a team of over 30 people, Caledon currently manages or advises on approximately $7 billion of capital on behalf of its North American institutional clients.
