Rob Horsnall is Head of Infrastructure at USS Private Markets Group, leading a team of 30 professionals responsible for infrastructure strategy, portfolio construction and implementation of the direct investment programme. He is a member of the Private Markets Investment Committee and has led the underwriting of infrastructure transactions across the UK, North America, Europe and Australia. He serves as a Director of several portfolio companies,including Dukes Education, Moto, and PECO Pallet. Before joining USS, he held various roles at 3i and previously worked at Shipleys LLP. He holds a BA in History from the University of Liverpool and is an ACA-qualified accountant. Read more about Rob here.
