Christopher was appointed Chair of GIIA in July 2017. He is a senior executive with over 27 years of international experience investing in and managing infrastructure businesses globally. Christopher was a member of the pioneering team at Macquarie Asset Management (MAM), leading the development of the specialized infrastructure funds business, and the development of MAM’s Real Assets platform focused on investments in sustainable businesses providing essential services to our communities. Throughout his career at Macquarie based in its Sydney, London and New York offices, Christopher has held a number of senior roles and led a wide range of transformational projects integral to the delivery of MAM’s track record for investors, including the successful investment, management and disposal of many of the MAM funds’ major infrastructure businesses globally.
