Sullivan & Cromwell - CARES Act provides relief for aviation industry

President Trump's signing into law of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act provides more than US$500bn in economic relief for businesses impacted by the ongoing pandemic, including more than US$50bn in financial assistance for the aviation sector and related businesses.
